North Georgia Math Academy (NGMA) is a team of math educators, learning specialists, and competition coaches founded by Dr. Sakhavat Mammadov, a university professor, former math teacher, and researcher in gifted education and student well-being. Our mission is to make high-quality math instruction accessible to more students and help every learner reach their potential.

We help students build confidence in mathematics, strengthen problem-solving skills, and develop deeper mathematical understanding. Whether students need support with school mathematics, want to take on greater challenges, or are preparing for standardized tests, our goal is to help them grow as confident and capable learners.

Our programs include one-on-one instruction, small-group classes, SAT/ACT math preparation, SAT math boot camps, and middle school math enrichment. Through partnerships with local libraries and community organizations, we also offer free and low-cost instruction and mentoring to help more students access quality math support, regardless of their family's financial circumstances.

We serve families in Sugar Hill, Suwanee, Johns Creek, Alpharetta, Cumming, Buford, and throughout North Georgia. Our online programs also allow us to work with students nationwide, making high-quality math instruction accessible beyond our local community.
