At North Georgia Math Academy (NGMA), we want families to feel confident in their choice.

One-to-One Math Instruction & Individual SAT Math Prep

If the program isn't the right fit, you may request a refund within 48 hours after your student's second session. The first two sessions will be charged at the standard rate agreed upon before enrollment, and the remaining unused package balance will be refunded.

After this period, package payments are generally nonrefundable, except as required by law or approved in writing by NGMA. We do not guarantee specific grades, test scores, or admissions outcomes.

Camps & Group Programs

Unless different terms are stated for a specific program, refund requests must be made at least 7 calendar days before the program begins. Later cancellations, missed sessions, and early withdrawals are generally nonrefundable, except as required by law or approved in writing by NGMA.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule an individual session. Late cancellations and no-shows may count as a used session. If NGMA cancels a session or program, we will arrange a suitable alternative or address the unused portion as appropriate.
